Returns & Return Shipping Costs

In the event of revocation, customers shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods, provided that the goods delivered correspond to those ordered and are free of defects.

 

For returns, we provide a return label at a cost, depending on the country of delivery:

• EUR 3.90

EUR 5.90 CHF 8.90

The respective amount will be deducted from the purchase price to be refunded or charged separately as part of the reversal of the transaction.

For returns from all other countries, no return label will be provided. In these cases, customers must organize the return themselves and send it to the return address provided by us at their own expense.

Notwithstanding this, statutory warranty rights and returns due to defective or damaged goods remain free of charge after clarification with our Customer Service.
