Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy

1. General. Participation in the competition is voluntary, free of charge, and possible only under the conditions listed here. By participating, the participant expressly acknowledges these terms and conditions. All personal designations within these terms and conditions apply equally to persons of all genders.
   
   
2. Organizer. The sole organizer of this competition is IQ brand, design & production GmbH, Dorfstraße 11, 6262 Schlitters, Austria, company registration number: FN 228034 w, as operator of the Instagram account @gloryfy_unbreakable (hereinafter referred to as "gloryfy unbreakable"). This competition is in no way affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or administered by Instagram or Facebook.
   
   
3. Advertising partners. The competition may be posted by third parties, e.g., influencers or brands (hereinafter referred to as "gloryfy partners"). The gloryfy partner is not the organizer of the competition.
   
   
4. No entitlement. There is no entitlement to participate in the competition. Participants are not entitled to a prize. gloryfy unbreakable reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. gloryfy unbreakable reserves the right to change or correct the terms and conditions of participation at any time.
   
   
5. Eligibility. All persons with full legal capacity who have reached the age of majority in their country of residence are eligible to participate. Participation is not limited to existing customers of gloryfy unbreakable is limited and not dependent on the purchase of any goods or services.
   
   
6. Participation restrictions. The following are not eligible to participate in the competition: all persons and employees involved in the conception and implementation of the competition. gloryfy unbreakable and her family members. 
   
   
7. Exclusion from participation. The organizer reserves the right to exclude individuals from participation at its sole discretion if there are legitimate reasons, for example (a) in the case of manipulation in connection with access to or the execution of the competition, (b) in the case of violations of these terms and conditions of participation, (c) in the case of unfair conduct, or (d) in the case of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.
   
   
8. Participation requirements. Participation in the competition requires that the participant performs the following actions (cumulatively).

11. Determining the winner. The winner will be determined randomly after the end of the competition period, without public access. Every comment and story will be considered in the draw, so participants who have posted multiple comments or stories have a higher chance of winning.
    
    
12. Prize distribution. The winner will be notified by email. The winner must The winner must provide their contact details within 5 business days of being notified of their win to confirm acceptance of the prize. If the winner fails to confirm acceptance within this timeframe, their claim to the prize will be forfeited without compensation, and a substitute winner will be determined using the same procedure. There is no obligation to accept the prize. Exchanges, in-person collection, cash payments, or transfers of the prize are not possible. The winner is responsible for paying any applicable taxes on the prize.
    
    
13. Prize in kind. Any prize in kind will be sent to the winner after their address details have been received.
    
    
14. Voucher. Any prize voucher will be sent to the winner after the contact details have been provided and can be redeemed in the gloryfy unbreakable online shop.
    
    
15. Data processing.In accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a of the GDPR, personal data will be collected and processed with your consent to the extent necessary when you participate in one of our Instagram giveaways. The data inputs required for participation in the giveaway (following, liking, commenting, tagging) are governed by the [relevant data protection regulations/guidelines]. Instagram Privacy Policy. In the event of a win, we will ask you to provide us with the data necessary for prize delivery, in particular contact details, booking information, and bank account details. We require your data for the purpose of determining the winner and delivering the prize, specifically for shipping, booking, refunds, etc. Until the end of the entry period, you can object to the processing of your data and thus withdraw your participation in the competition at any time by deleting the data you entered on Instagram. After the end of the entry period, you can object to the processing of your data and thus withdraw your participation in the prize draw at any time by sending us an email to news@gloryfy.com. In this case, your data will be deleted immediately. Please note that in this case, you will no longer be able to participate in the competition and will not receive any prizes, and if you were the winner, an alternate winner will be drawn. 16. Responsibility of the participants.The participant warrants that by participating in the competition, they will not infringe any third-party rights. gloryfy unbreakable has no influence on and bears no responsibility for the actions of the participants.
    
    
17. Disclaimer.Liability is excluded in cases of intent or gross negligence. gloryfy unbreakable is subject to legal regulations. Liability is limited to cases of simple negligence. gloryfy unbreakable according to legal regulations only 

• for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, and 
• for damage resulting from the non-negligible breach of a material contractual obligation (i.e. an obligation whose fulfillment is essential for the proper performance of the contract and on whose observance the participant regularly relies and may rely); in this case, however, gloryfy unbreakable’s liability is limited to compensation for foreseeable damage that typically occurs. 

The limitations of liability do not apply in cases of fraudulent intent or the assumption of a guarantee. Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected. The limitations of liability also apply to breaches of duty by or in favor of gloryfy unbreakables representatives and agents. Unless expressly stated otherwise above, gloryfy unbreakables disclaims all liability. 

18. Choice of Law. The organizer's competition is governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Austria. If the participant is acting as a consumer and has their habitual residence in another country, the application of mandatory legal provisions of that country remains unaffected by the choice of law. If the participant is acting as a consumer and does not have a general place of jurisdiction in Austria, moves their residence or habitual abode out of Austria after conclusion of the contract, or if the participant's residence or habitual abode is unknown at the time legal action is initiated, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is the registered office of [Company Name]. gloryfy unbreakable. Furthermore, the applicable legal provisions apply to local and international jurisdiction.
