OFFICE ALLROUNDER & IT COORDINATOR

To support our CEO in his daily work and in technical and organizational processes , we are looking for a dedicated and tech-savvy assistant who thinks in a structured yet solution-oriented manner.
Your tasks
Technical support for the headquarters (telephone system, servers, workstations, hardware & software)
Interface to internal and external IT service providers
Preparation and follow-up of meetings, including taking minutes and tracking to-dos.
Supporting the management in day-to-day operations and strategic projects
Your profile
Basic technical understanding and enjoyment of digital tools and systems
Organizational talent with a high degree of personal responsibility and a hands-on mentality
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Proficient use of MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint), ideally also basic knowledge of Google Workspace, Asana, or similar.

Independent, structured and precise work style
High discretion, reliability and team orientation
Fluent German and English skills
