Your tasks
Supporting the management in day-to-day business and strategic tasks
Organization and coordination of appointments , meetings and trips
Preparation and follow-up of meetings , including taking minutes
Independent processing and tracking of projects
Communication with internal and external contacts
Your profile
Strong organizational and communication skills
High discretion and reliability
Confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Independent and structured way of working
Fluent German and English skills
Hohe Diskretion, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamorientierung
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
