How long can I take to try them out?

After receiving your OPTICS Box of Glory, you can try out a maximum of 5 pairs of glasses (non-prescription) for 10 days at home. After 10 days at the latest, just send all the glasses back to us free of charge and select your desired pair on the enclosed delivery note. The values you provided to us in the order process will be checked over by experts, and your glasses will then be made up for you. You will receive your brand new gloryfy OPTICS glasses with your personal values within approx. 14-21 days (from receipt of the returned OPTICS Box of Glory).

What does free-of-charge trial mean?

If you send the glasses back to us after 10 days, naturally we will not charge you. The deposit of EUR 500.00 is only reserved on your credit card. If you do not choose any of the 5 pairs of glasses, we will return the deposit to you immediately after the OPTICS Box of Glory is returned to us and is checked over. If you have chosen a pair of glasses, the price of the glasses, including lenses, will be taken from the deposit, which means the amount due will be taken off and the rest of the deposit will be cancelled.

I have a voucher. Can I redeem it with the OPTICS Box of Glory?
Of course! On your return-form of your OPTICS Box of Glory you will find a field, where you can insert your voucher code. If you decide to keep at least one model of your OPTICS Box of Glory, this voucher will then be considered in your final invoice.
