These General Terms and Conditions of gloryfy unbreakable consist of the following sections: 1. preamble; 2. use of the website; 3. terms and conditions of purchase and 4. miscellaneous as well as the terms and conditions or the document, the policy, which is or are linked herein (hereinafter "General Terms and Conditions").
1. PREAMBLE
https://www.gloryfy.com as well as numerous gloryfy subdomains (the "Website") is operated by or on behalf of IQ brand. If you place an order via this website, a purchase agreement between you and IQ brand is concluded upon confirmation of acceptance of your order, to which these terms and conditions and in particular the terms and conditions of purchase below apply. (hereinafter referred to as: gloryfy / gloryfy unbreakable / we / us)
2. CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
Please read these Terms and Conditions of Purchase carefully before ordering products online via the gloryfy websites.
2.1 SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These Terms and Conditions of Purchase apply to all offers and contracts relating to the sale and delivery of products by IQ brand. Consequently, you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Purchase when you place an order via the "gloryfy" website, place an order via a website directly linked to the website or accept an offer from us. Deviations from these Terms and Conditions of Purchase require our written consent.
2.2 PRODUCTS
We stock various types of products, including products designed and manufactured entirely by us and products which, although designed by us, have been specified or customized by you through your choice of colors, design and materials and other personal preferences ("Customized Products"), hereinafter collectively referred to as "Products". All Products displayed on the Website are offered subject to availability. This means that a Product displayed on the Website may no longer be available for purchase, although we endeavor to ensure that the Website reflects stock availability, there may be occasional shortages or unavailability. Minor colour and print deviations and other variations in the products are possible and are due to differences in image capture and display technologies and other reasons. gloryfy unbreakable is not liable for such deviations and variations. No rights can be derived from product descriptions, typing or typographical errors or obvious errors on the website.
2.3 REQUIREMENTS FOR CONCLUDING A CONTRACT WITH IQ brand
To purchase products via the "gloryfy" websites, you must be at least 16 years old. Orders via the website are only available to consumers and not to resellers. You guarantee that the information you provide to us via inquiries or orders is accurate and complete.
2.4 CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
2.4.1 General Provisions
The following provisions apply to all types of products. All information on the website is intended solely as an invitation to purchase gloryfy products. Consequently, this information is not to be understood as an offer or binding contract. You agree that your order is an offer to purchase the products listed in your order.
All orders placed are subject to confirmation by IQ brand. IQ brand shall be entitled to confirm orders in advance at any time and/or to refuse orders without giving reasons and without accepting any liability towards you or third parties. If IQ brand does not confirm your order within ten (10) working days, it shall be deemed to have been rejected.
IQ brand shall be entitled to reject your orders at its own discretion. Orders may be rejected for the following reasons, among others:
- if we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment;
- if (a) product(s) is/are displayed on the website but is/are no longer available;
- if shipping restrictions apply to a product;
- if product displays on the website contain an (obvious) error.
If we do not accept your order (in whole or in part), IQ brand shall be entitled to cancel your order (in whole or in part) without being liable to you or any third party. After a cancellation, we will of course refund the amount you have paid to us for the cancelled order (or the cancelled part thereof).
IQ brand also reserves the right to cancel your order even after the conclusion of the purchase agreement for the reasons stated in this article 2.4.1. above under letters a to d, whereby the purchase agreement is terminated. After cancellation, we will of course refund the amount you have paid to us for the cancelled order (or the cancelled part thereof).
gloryfy unbreakable has the right and fully reserves this right to refuse orders that IQ brand knows or reasonably believes to have been placed with the assistance or involvement of web crawlers, software, web spiders, robots or other automated means or devices of any other kind.
2.4.2 Special Provisions for Contracts for Non-individualized Products
After placing your order, we will send you an order confirmation by e-mail containing your details of the products, order number you have offered to purchase and delivery details. Acceptance of your order and the conclusion of a contract for the purchase of gloryfy eyewear or other products between you and IQ brand, design & production GmbH will only take place when:
- you receive confirmation from us that your products have left our warehouse; or
- you receive a confirmation from the shipping company that your order is ready for pickup (if you have selected the pickup from the shipping company option), or the shipping company has deposited your ordered products at a packing station; or
2.4.3 Special provisions for contracts for customized products
After placing an order for customized products, including OPTICS products for which we carry out optical glazing, we will send you an order confirmation by e-mail. Unless the provisions of Article 2.4.1 apply, your order is accepted upon receipt of the order confirmation by e-mail and a purchase contract for customized products is concluded between you and us upon receipt of this order confirmation.
2.5 RETENTION OF TITLE
All products shall remain the property of IQ brand until you have made all payments owed to us under contracts in full, including costs and subsequent, early, or partial deliveries. You shall not be authorized to sell, dispose of or encumber products until title to these products has passed to you in full.
2.6 CAREFUL HANDLING OF THE GLORYFY PRODUCTS
Please also observe the care instructions on the extensive accompanying documents, such as guarantee booklets. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect handling of the products, including handling not in accordance with the instructions.
2.7 CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Without prejudice to your right of cancellation, you may cancel your order for non-customized products in a limited number of circumstances. You may return products free of charge within 14 days without giving any reason.
2.8 PRICES
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT. All prices are quoted in euros (€). IQ brand reserves the right to change prices before you place an order.
We reserve the right to limit or cancel special offers or discounts at any time.
IQ brand is also authorized to charge shipping costs. Shipping costs vary depending on the product and shipping method. Shipping costs will be invoiced separately and shown on the invoice.
2.9 PAYMENT METHODS
Information on the available payment methods can be found on the website. IQ brand reserves the right to carry out an individual credit check for each order in accordance with the gloryfy privacy policy. Depending on the result of this check, gloryfy unbreakable reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods.
2.10 INVOICING
Where IQ brand is required by law or at our option to issue or make available invoices, we reserve the right to issue or make available electronic invoices and you agree to this form of invoicing.
2.11 SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR CUSTOMER-SPECIFIC PRODUCTS
To specify and personalize your customized products, you can be creative to some extent, but stay within the bounds of decency. We reserve the right to remove indecent language and brand names.
We kindly ask you not to use, upload, transmit, copy or otherwise publicize any names, words or phrases that:
- is or contains the name of a product of a company, organization or event owned by a third party;
- infringes the intellectual property rights of a third party;
- is the name of a famous person (living or deceased) or contains such a name;
- is threatening, incites violence or is defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, inflammatory, sexually explicit or otherwise unlawful; and/or
- are otherwise unacceptable at the sole discretion of IQ brand.
gloryfy unbreakable reserves the right to refuse specifications, names, words, or phrases (or combinations thereof) if they fall into any of the categories listed above. This will result in the cancellation of your order. Furthermore, IQ brand is entitled to claim compensation for the value of the product ordered.
Please note that by placing an order for customized products, you
agree to permanently indemnify gloryfy unbreakable against all costs, expenses, losses, and liabilities incurred or suffered by gloryfy unbreakable because of any names, words or phrases you use, upload, transmit, copy or otherwise make public (including through use on your customized product).
2.12 DELIVERY
IQ brand delivers to the address you specify. We can only deliver to residential or business addresses or to the shipping service provider's packing stations. We will inform you by e-mail as soon as your products are ready for collection. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery attempt, you agree that the shipping service provider commissioned by us with the delivery can also deliver the products to a neighboring address or an address in the vicinity or to a packing station of the shipping service provider and that gloryfy unbreakable has thereby fulfilled its delivery obligations for the products. The shipping service provider will notify you of the delivery to a neighboring address/address in the vicinity or to a packing station.
Dispatch takes place on working days, except on public holidays at the location of our warehouse. Please therefore note the public holidays, including all national and/or regional public holidays, in your country of residence.
Please note that public holidays may vary depending on the country and year and therefore delivery times may vary.
All delivery times are approximate and should therefore not be regarded as final deadlines or dates. You cannot derive any right to compensation from the mere fact that the delivery time has been exceeded. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the unlikely event of a delay in express delivery, we may, at our sole discretion, refund you the full cost of such express delivery. Please note that different delivery times apply to customized products. If your order contains standard products and customized products, extended delivery times apply.
As far as reasonably possible, gloryfy unbreakable is authorized to make partial deliveries so that you receive your products as quickly as possible and to provide you with the best possible service. There are no additional costs for partial deliveries. However, if you expressly request a partial delivery, we may charge you any additional shipping costs. Each partial delivery is considered a separate purchase contract.
If gloryfy unbreakable exceeds the delivery time for part of a partial delivery or if a partial delivery is defective, this does not entitle you to cancel other parts of the partial delivery.
In the event of missing goods in your delivery, please inform us immediately. In order to be able to check the missing goods, it is necessary for you to provide us with photos of the shipping carton and the contents. Please note that the investigation may take some time, as we will also check the weight of the parcel in cooperation with the shipping service provider in order to fully clarify the incident.
During the processing time, an early refund is unfortunately not possible.
2.13 RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are entitled to cancel a purchase contract with us and therefore return your product(s), the following conditions apply.
Declaration of cancellation and return of products: To exercise your right of cancellation, you must send us IQ brand (e.g. by post, fax or e-mail) a clear declaration of your cancellation of your purchase contract. Please return the non-customized product to the following address:

We will notify you by e-mail as soon as we have received and processed your return.
Please note that special provisions apply to customized products, which also include optical glasses / spectacles made especially for you, as these products have been manufactured specifically according to your wishes / visual values. Therefore, we cannot (without prejudice to your statutory rights) accept the return of customized products under the voluntary return guarantee unless the products have manufacturing defects.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all returned items are properly packaged and returned in full. The customer is liable for any damage or loss during the return shipment, unless it can be proven that this is due to incorrect instructions on our part.
Upon receipt of a return shipment, the contents of the package will be checked for completeness and conformity with the enclosed delivery bill / invoice. If an item noted on the delivery bill is missing, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange and notify the customer accordingly.
2.14 LEGAL RIGHT OF REVOCATION
You are entitled to cancel this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The cancellation period of fourteen (14) days begins on the date on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the shipping service provider, took possession of the products or, if your order consists of several products delivered separately, on the date of delivery of the last product(s) of your order (hereinafter ‘Cancellation Period’). To comply with the cancellation period, you must notify us before the end of the cancellation period that you are exercising your right of cancellation.
You must then return your products immediately, but no later than fourteen (14) days after the date on which you notified us of your cancellation, in accordance with the provisions of the Returns and Cancellations Policy in Article 2.13, in suitable packaging. This deadline is deemed to have been met if you return the gloryfy unbreakable products before the end of the deadline.
If you cancel a purchase contract during the cancellation period in accordance with our Returns and Cancellation Policy (Article 2.13) and this Article 2. 14, we will refund all payments already made by you, including shipping costs (provided that the returned gloryfy unbreakable standard product(s) represent(s) the entire order, excluding any additional costs caused by your choice of a shipping method other than the least expensive standard shipping offered by us, if available), within fourteen (14) days from the date we receive your notice of cancellation at the latest. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless we agree a different method with you; you will not be charged any fees for refunds. IQ brand is entitled to withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or until you have submitted proof of the return of the products, whichever is earlier.
Only the dispatch note/receipt, including the date, from the parcel service provider will be accepted as proof. If these documents are no longer available and there is no evidence of delivery to IQ brand, we are entitled to withhold the refund.
Transport damage:
Deliveries must be checked in the presence of the deliverer. In the event of externally recognizable transport damage, the customer shall be obliged to note this on the shipping documents and to notify the deliverer or have this acknowledged; the packaging must be retained. If the loss or damage was not externally recognizable upon acceptance, the customer is requested to report this to us (IQ brand) immediately, but at the latest within 3 days of becoming aware of the loss or damage.
Restrictions of cancellation:
You have no right of cancellation, neither in accordance with Article 2.14 nor 2.15 for contracts for: The delivery of products that have been manufactured according to your own specifications, wishes and visual values or that are clearly tailored to your personal requirements (customized products).
2.15 RETURN OF "CUSTOMIZED" PRODUCTS
As explained in Article 2.13, customized products, such as optically manufactured glasses / spectacles, cannot be returned, except in the case of manufacturing defects, as these products have been specially manufactured for you. 2.16 EXCHANGE POLICY
gloryfy unbreakable products are generally excluded from exchange. If you wish to exchange a product, you must return your order for a refund and place a new order. Refunds for returns will only be made if the return is made in accordance with IQ brand's return and cancellation policy set out in Article 2.13.
2.17 DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Quality is the top priority for gloryfy unbreakable. gloryfy unbreakable products are tested under extreme conditions to ensure that they offer optimum performance for every application. It is extremely rare for gloryfy unbreakable products to be damaged or defective. IQ brand is legally obliged to ensure that all our gloryfy unbreakable products fulfil the sales contract.
Returned products are subject to quality assurance and inspection, and refunds will be made if the defect is due to a manufacturing fault. gloryfy unbreakable undertakes to refund the price of defective products in full.
If the defect is due to a cause other than material quality or the production process, we will return the original product to you. We do not provide refunds for products that:
- have been damaged through misuse or negligent use (e.g. because they have been exposed to chemicals, corrosive substances, which in some cases includes sun creams, hair gels etc., open flames, high heat, sharp objects etc.);
- were not purchased via the gloryfy websites.
- have been damaged through misuse or activities that do not correspond to the intended purpose (e.g. when sports glasses are used as work safety glasses).
Products whose damage is due to normal wear and tear or exceeding the reasonable service life of the product are excluded from replacement.
3. USE OF THE WEBSITE
Please read the gloryfy unbreakable Terms and Conditions of Website Use carefully before using the Website and gloryfy content on social media sites, including the Website. The Website Terms of Use apply to all visits to and use of the Website and to the content, information, suggestions, recommendations, products, and services made available to you on or through the Website. By accessing and using the Websites, you agree to be bound by these Website Terms of Use in their entirety and in addition to any other laws or regulations that may apply to the Website and the Internet. If you do not agree to or cannot identify with these gloryfy Website Terms of Use, please leave the gloryfy Websites immediately.
3.1 WEBSITE CONTENTS
All content made available or displayed on the gloryfy website, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, text, graphics, photographs, images, moving images, icons, audio content, illustrations, and software (hereinafter ‘Content’), is the property of IQ brand. All style elements on the gloryfy websites, including but not limited to the general design and the content, may be protected by personality rights, copyright, database rights or trademark rights or by other rights relating to intellectual property rights. Except as expressly permitted under these Terms or any other agreement with IQ brand, no part or element of the Website or its Content may be copied or otherwise distributed. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the Website, its contents and all associated rights shall remain the exclusive property of IQ brand AG. All such rights are reserved.
3.2 COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARKS
The copyright in all content is and remains the property of IQ brand. Except as otherwise indicated in certain documents on the website, you may view, play, download, and print content from the website for personal, informational and non-commercial purposes only. You may not modify the material provided or copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any content. You are not permitted to reuse content without the prior consent of IQ brand. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, the use of the content on other websites or in networked computer environments is prohibited. You are prohibited from removing trademark, copyright, or other proprietary notices from content on the website.
If you download software (including, but not limited to, smartphone applications, icons, videos and desktop backgrounds) from the website, the software, including files, images contained in or generated by the software and data belonging to the software (hereinafter collectively referred to as ‘software’) is granted to you under licence by gloryfy. IQ brand does not transfer any rights to the Software to you.Even if the medium on which the Software is stored is your property, ownership of the Software and all associated property rights remains fully and completely with gloryfy unbreakable.You are not permitted to pass on, sell or process the software in any way.
You may not use, copy, reproduce, publish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify the Trademarks in any way, including in any advertisement, screen design or promotion for the marketing of material on the gloryfy websites, without the prior written consent of gloryfy unbreakable. Without the prior express written consent of gloryfy, the use of the trademarks on other websites or in networked computer environments, for example the storage or reproduction (even of a part) of the website on an external Internet website or the creation of links, hypertext, links or deep links between the website and other Internet websites, is prohibited.
3.3 EXCLUSION OF WARRANTY
The gloryfy websites and the content are made available free of charge and as they appear and are presented without any guarantees of any kind being given in this respect. gloryfy unbreakable does not represent or warrant that the information and/or facilities on the website are correct, complete, or up-to-date or that the website or the server via which the website is made available is free of viruses or other harmful components. Consequently, gloryfy does not represent or warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free. gloryfy makes no warranties or representations regarding the use of the content on the Website in terms of its accuracy, correctness, adequacy, timeliness, usefulness, reliability, or other qualities, in each case to the fullest extent permitted by law.
3.4 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The use of the gloryfy websites is at your own risk. Neither gloryfy nor its employees and members of the company management or its representatives or other parties involved in the creation, development or provision of the website shall be liable for direct, indirect, special, consequential, or other damages that are attributable to the use or inability to use the content on the website. This also includes damage caused by viruses or errors or incompleteness in the information on the gloryfy websites or the performance of the products or which otherwise arise from or in connection with these website terms of use, even if gloryfy unbreakable has been advised of the possibility of such damage.
3.5 LINKS TO THIRD PARTY WEBSITES
For your convenience and the convenience of the Website in general, links to third party websites may be displayed from time to time. These links take you outside the sphere of influence of gloryfy and away from the website and are outside the control of gloryfy unbreakable. This also applies to links to websites of partners who may use the trademarks as part of a co-branding agreement. Separate terms of use and privacy policies apply to the linked websites. IQ brand is not liable and cannot be held liable for the content and activities on such websites. Your visit to or access of these websites is therefore entirely at your own risk.
3.6 MISUSE OF THE WEBSITE
You may not use the Website to post or transmit any user-generated content that constitutes an infringement or potential infringement of any third party intellectual property rights or that is threatening or false, misleading or defamatory or invasive of another's privacy or that is lewd, pornographic, discriminatory or unlawful or that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offence or violation of another's rights or that would otherwise give rise to civil liability or be unlawful. gloryfy unbreakable may deny you access to the Website at any time in its sole discretion, including in cases where gloryfy believes that your use of the Website violates any provision of these Website Terms of Use and/or applicable law. You are also prohibited from using the Website for advertising or commercial purposes.
You may not use any software, web crawler, web spider, robot, page scraper or other automated means or device of any kind to access, copy, interfere with or monitor the Website or any part of it or its contents. You are also prohibited from circumventing the structure or presentation of the Website or its contents or interfering with the operation of the Website or transactions through the gloryfy Websites or interfering with or disrupting the use of the Website by anyone or assisting any third party in the purchase of any products through the Website.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion or feature of the Website, or any systems connected to the Website, through password mining, hacking or any other illegitimate or unauthorised means.
3.7 USER-GENERATED CONTENT
All information, videos, and any other material that you or other users of the Website post on or transmit through the Website (hereinafter ‘User Generated Content’) will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. Accordingly, gloryfy unbreakable has the non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, copy, distribute and disclose User Generated Content to third parties for any purpose, in any medium, worldwide (licence grant). You acknowledge and agree that gloryfy is merely acting as a passive conduit for the sharing of User Generated Content and is not responsible or liable to you or any third party for the content or accuracy of the User Generated Content. gloryfy unbreakable does not continuously monitor the User Generated Content you post, nor does it moderate between users, and gloryfy has no obligation to do so. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, you acknowledge and agree that all comments, suggestions, and other information expressed or contained in any User Generated Content are not necessarily those of gloryfy unbreakable. Your use of any User Generated Content is entirely at your own risk. You represent and warrant that you are the author of all User Generated Content posted or submitted by you and that such content is not a copy of any third party's work, does not otherwise infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party and does not contain defamatory statements. You further represent and warrant that you can grant the licence referred to in this paragraph. You agree to indemnify gloryfy unbreakable now and in the future against all costs, losses, expenses, damages, and liabilities incurred by gloryfy in connection with any user-generated content posted or transmitted by you or your other use of the website or which are asserted against gloryfy companies in this connection.
gloryfy unbreakable reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to block or delete (in whole or in part) any User Generated Content posted or submitted by you that gloryfy unbreakable deems to be inconsistent with these Website Terms of Use (including material that infringes or may infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy or publicity rights of any third party) or that is otherwise unacceptable to IQ brand.

4.2 CONTRADICTORY PROVISIONS
In the event of inconsistencies between the terms and conditions of gloryfy unbreakable and content in other parts of the website or in links, the terms, and conditions of gloryfy unbreakable contained in this document shall take precedence.
4.3 CHANGES TO THE GLORYFY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
Your use of this website and any contract of sale between you and us is subject to the version of gloryfy unbreakable's terms and conditions current at the time of your order via the website or on the day of your visit to this website.

4.4 DATA PROTECTION
IQ brand fully respects the privacy of individuals who visit and use the website. For more information about our use of cookies, the data we collect, how and why we use your data and the circumstances in which we disclose data, please refer to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into and form part of these gloryfy unbreakable Terms and Conditions.
By placing an order, you agree and acknowledge that we may collect, use, store and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4.5 SEVERABILITY CLAUSE
Each provision of gloryfy unbreakable's terms and conditions shall be construed individually and independently of the other provisions. If any provision is held to be invalid, void or otherwise unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions of these gloryfy Terms and Conditions.
4.6 TRANSFER & SUBCONTRACTING
gloryfy reserves the right to subcontract, transfer, assign or delegate all or part of our rights and obligations under these gloryfy Terms and Conditions, provided that your rights under these gloryfy Terms and Conditions are not affected. You may not subcontract, assign, or otherwise transfer your rights or obligations under these gloryfy unbreakable Terms and Conditions without our written consent.
4.7 FORCE MAJEURE
gloryfy unbreakable shall not be liable for any delay in performing or complying with, or any failure to perform or comply with, any of our obligations under the gloryfy Terms and Conditions to the extent that such delay or failure to perform or comply is due to any cause beyond the reasonable control of IQ brand.
4.8 APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions of gloryfy unbreakable are subject to Austrian law. Austrian law applies to sales contracts; the applicability of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded. This does not affect the validity of the mandatory applicable laws according to the law of the country in which you have your (residential) domicile.
You may - at your option - submit any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions either to the competent court in Austria or to the competent court in the country in which you have your habitual residence, provided that this country is an EU Member State; these courts shall have jurisdiction - to the exclusion of other courts - to settle such disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions.
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising directly or indirectly from the contract (including claims arising from bills of exchange or cheques) is hereby agreed to be the Austrian court with subject-matter jurisdiction for A-6020 Innsbruck. Austrian substantive law shall apply to all disputes arising from contracts. The applicability of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded. Only if the agreement on the applicability of Austrian law should be ineffective (e.g. in the course of litigation in a country of the ‘Third World’) shall UN sales law (United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods - Federal Law Gazette 1988/96) apply on a subsidiary basis. The contract language is German.
4.9 INDIVIDUALISED VOUCHERS
4.9.1 Validity and redemption
The following provisions govern the conditions for the purchase, validity and redemption of individualised vouchers (hereinafter referred to as ‘vouchers’) from gloryfy unbreakable eyewear. These vouchers can only be redeemed on the official gloryfy website (www.gloryfy.com).
4.9.2 Non-exchangeable
The vouchers purchased cannot be exchanged. A return is excluded. gloryfy reserves the right to refuse a return unless there are legal grounds for a return. Attention: The gloryfy Premium voucher box is individualised by laser engraving and is also excluded from exchange due to this personalisation! Please check all details carefully before finalising your order.
4.9.3 Cash payment excluded
Cash payment of the voucher value or any remaining amount is not possible. The vouchers are intended exclusively for the purchase of products on www.gloryfy.com.
4.9.4 Redeemable in the gloryfy online shop
The vouchers are only valid in the gloryfy unbreakable eyewear online shop. The customer can enter the vouchers during the order process at www.gloryfy.com in order to claim the corresponding voucher value. gloryfy vouchers cannot be redeemed in cash and are not valid in specialist shops.
4.9.5 Residual values and returns of products
In the event of partial redemption, the remaining balance remains on the voucher card.
The credit can be redeemed within 5 years of purchase. The voucher card cannot be topped up again. After 5 years, the voucher and the credit balance on it expire. The voucher card can then neither be used nor will any remaining value be refunded.
4.9.6 Changes to the terms and conditions
gloryfy reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions for Vouchers at any time. The use of vouchers after changes to the terms and conditions shall be deemed to constitute acceptance of these changes.
4.9.7 Data protection
When purchasing and redeeming vouchers, personal data is processed in accordance with the data protection provisions of gloryfy unbreakable eyewear. Further information on this can be found in the privacy policy at www.gloryfy.com
4.9.8 Limited liability
gloryfy / IQ brand, design & production Gmbh cannot be held responsible for vouchers that are lost, stolen or damaged after their purchase.
4.9.9 Place of jurisdiction and applicable law
Austrian law applies exclusively to disputes in connection with these terms and conditions. The place of jurisdiction is, as far as legally permissible, the registered office of gloryfy unbreakable eyewear. By purchasing and using vouchers from gloryfy unbreakable eyewear, the customer declares his agreement with these General Terms and Conditions.
