Infos about return of your glasses
You can return your gloryfy glasses within 2 weeks (14 days) of ordering without providing a reason. They must be returned in the original packaging with the invoice and without any signs of wear and tear.
If you paid with credit card, instant bank transfer or PayPal, the purchase amount is credited through the respective payment method. If you paid via instant bank transfer or advance payment you will need to add your account details to the package so that we can credit the amount because we do not have your account details.
Please note that the cost of shipping must already be paid for returns. Otherwise, we will have to invoice the resulting charges.
Returns for Austria, Germany, Switzerland and Liechtenstein
Orders within Austria and Germany have a returns label in the package. Please stick the label on the package and post it at the nearest post office.
Important note: You must retain the order receipt in case the returns package is not received at our end. If a returns package is falsely returned or does not arrive, we cannot assume any liability or costs. The sender alone is liable for the return shipment.

Returns outside Austria, Germany, Switzerland and Liechtenstein
All other countries must pay for the return shipment and delivery costs themselves. We cannot assume any costs for customs duties or other duties for return shipment outside the EU. Should any such costs incur for gloryfy, we will invoice these costs. Postage will never be credited if the goods are not required!

Cancellation Policy and Rights
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without stating any reason. The statutory cancellation period is 14 days starting from the day when you or a third party, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the items or, in the case of part deliveries, the final item.
This cancellation rights must be exercised by informing us (IQ brand, design & production GmbH, 6262 Schlitters Nr. 90, office@gloryfy.com, tel.: +43 (0) 5288/72800) by means of an unequivocal declaration (e.g. by a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to cancel this contract. To observe the cancellation period it is sufficient for you to send the statement of your wish to exercise your cancellation rights before the expiry of the cancellation period.
